If your plant were to arrive in bad condition as a result of a shipping journey, please send us a photo to our email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of arrival. This includes rot or serve damage. We are always happy to issue a replacement or a refund.
We will NOT be issuing refunds for the following:
Minor leaf damage or loss.
Minor differences/ Loss of color.
Cluster separation or overgrowth.
Any issues or delays caused by shipping carriers or lost package.
Wrong address provided. Please enter your address carefully.
Please open your package immediately after receiving the package! The delivered package cannot be left outside during extreme weather. During Winter or Summer months, please check your weather before ordering! We are not responsible for plants damaged by extreme weather.
Plants and Packing Process
Plants are sent out bare roots without soils or pots. You will receive exact plant in the pictures unless we will post "random" selection. Shape and color might be slightly different due to weather, seasons, light condition, temperature, growth, import condition and so on. Most of imported plants have bare roots or very minimal root system due to import restriction. However, the roots will grow quickly once the plants are settled. We inspect all plants before shipping out to ensure quality of the plants. We pack your succulents with care so please unpack the package carefully and gently. We may use repurpose materials such as recycled boxes and recycled newspapers to pack and ship
Shipping Carriers and Shipping Schedule
We ship within USA only. We are not responsible for plants bought by customers outside the USA using mail carriers to forward succulents to the final destination without appropriate import documents. Please check your country's plant import requirement before purchase.
Our shipping schedule is on Tuesday and Friday. Shipping speed may be varied depend on locations, holidays and weather. Please allow 2-3 days processing time to dry the plants before shipping out. USPS cost $10 for the 1st lb. and $4 more each additional lb.
USPS priority package comes with $100 insurance. If you want to purchase more coverage for your package. Please contact us to add more insurance coverage for your package. In case of the package is lost during transit, you can open a claim under your name to claim the money. USPS customer service 1-800-275-8777.
UPS and FedEx can be used upon request with different shipping cost. You can message us for a shipping quote.
We always send you tracking number to your email provided with the order. Please check the status of your delivery. Please contact your local post office right away if you don't receive your package or USPS customer service 1-800-275-8777 to trace your package. Once the package is in the carrier's possession, we do not have any control over it.
Please contact us at email@example.com, if you would like to combine your orders in the same shipment before your orders are processed. Combined orders can only ship up to 3-5 plants. Tracking number will be emailed to you when we completely process your order.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal securely through our website. If you would like to pay with Venmo and Zelle please contact us directly.
If you would like to pre-order any rare, imported plants, a deposit will be required to be paid to secure the plant. The order and delivery process may take up to 4-6 weeks.
